Linux based Maemo operating system is was previously used only by Nokia. But recently Chinese Optima company announced its new mobile internet device – Optima OP5-E. In spite of the fact that this device is the first experience of Chinese developers of using Maemo OS it look good. Optima OP5-E MID has 4.3 inch touch screen with 800×480 px resolution, 3.2 Mp camera with autofocus, additional 0.3 Mp camera for video calls, Marvell PXA320 806 MHz CPU, 128 Mb RAM, 256 Mb ROM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, GPS module, microSD memory card slot, stereo loud speakers, microphone and 3.5 mm audio jack. In addition this coming device supports CDMA/EVDO networks and has 2600 mAh battery. Unfortunately there is no any information about release date and price.

It has classic shape factor and full QWERTY keyboard. LG GW300 supports GPRS/EDGE networks standards and has 2.4 inch screen with 320×240 px resolution, Bluetooth 2,0 module and 3.2 Mp camera.
