
MSI unveiled its net ultraportable laptop. It is heir of Wind U210 and in contrast to predecessor U230 has faster performance and pre-installed Windows 7 operating system. The main feature of MSI Wind U230 is that it has not Intel Atom but 1.6 GHz Neo X2 MV40 CPU by AMD. Other specifications are 12.1 inch screen with 1366×768, AMD Radeon HD3200 graphic accelerator, 4 Gb RAM , 160/250/320 Gb hard disk, 1.3 Mp camera, Bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi modules. Connectivity includes HDMI, VGA, 3 USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet and 4-in-one card rider. As for battery future owners will have opportunity to choose between 3 and 6 cell accumulators. There is no information about the price but it is expected that MSI Wind U230 will cost about $400.
