According to some sources the prototype of Dell Mini 5 Internet Tablet has been already available to buy in Chinese Shenzhen city. This device has not been officially announced yet but enthusiasts report that Mini 5 is equipped with 5 inch touch screen with 800×480 px resolution, 1 GHz CPU, microSD memory card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, 5 Mp camera with dual LED flash, SIM card slot, 0.3 Mp camera for video calls and 1530 mAh battery that provides about 6 hours of work time. The operating system is Google Android 1.6.

According to developers SlideScreen homescreen replacement app combines the best features of Zune, Motoblur and HTC Sense. SlideScreen integrates information from various sources - Google Reader, Twitter, emails, SMS and calendar appointments - right onto the homescreen. This new app has been already available in Android Market as either a free version (with ads) or a $7 pro version.
