Yesterday MSI officially announced its new laptop and published the list of its specifications. MSI GT660 is positioned as the world’s most high-powered laptop. It is equipped with 1.6 GHz Intel Core i7-720QM processor, 12 GB DDR2 RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 285M with 1 GB built-in memory, two hard drives (up to 1.2 TB), DVD or Blu-ray optic drive, cardreader, Wi-Fi, 1.3 Mp webcam, HDMI, USB 3.0. This laptop also has rubber keyboard and orange LED illumination. Besides MSI GT660 features TDE and ECO Engine technologies that provide longer battery life. There are also two loudspeakers and subwoofer. The operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium or Windows 7 Ultimate. Unfortunately MSI has not published any information about price yet.

HTC has just unveiled its new smartphone running on Google Android 2.1 operating system with HTC Sense user interface. It is positioned as affordable high-end mobile device designed for younger audience. As many other device of such class HTC Wildfire integrates the most popular social networks featuring Friend Stream application that gathers and displays content from social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr into one organized stream of updates. As for technical specifications HTC Wildfire has 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7225 processor, 384 Mb RAM, MicroSD external memory card slot, 3.2 inch multi-touch capable screen with 320×240px resolution, 5 Mp camera with autofocus and LED flash, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi. At last LG Electronics together with Verizon Wireless mobile operator officially announced its new affordable smartphone. LG Ally is horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard. The main feature of this device is ergonomic design, special screen covering made of tempered glass, tactile feedback support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n module, advanced media player. It is also know that LG Ally runs on Google Android 2.1 operating system and is equipped with 600 MHz Qualcomm MSM7627 processor, 256 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM 3.2 inch capacitive multi-touch screen with 480×800px resolution, 3.2 Mp camera with autofocus and flash, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, GPS, 3.5mm headphones jack. LG Ally will be released in a week and will cost $100 with two-year contract.

According to CrunchGear this tablet will become available for $200 in US and for EUR150 in Europe in June. Archos 7 tablet is equipped with 7 inch multi-touch capable screen with 800×480px resolution, 16 Gb internal NAND Flash storage, SD external memory card slot, 1.3 Mp webcam, GPS, microphone, 3.5mm headphones jack, Wi-Fi, USB port. This tablet runs on Google Android 1.6 operating system and but it is expected that OS will be upgraded to Android 2.1 by the moment of release.

T-Mobile has just unveiled new smartphone that will become available in its shops next month. The producer of this device is Taiwanese HTC. T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide is horizontal QWERTY slider running on Google Android 2.1 operating system with HTC Sense UI. This device features such custom pre-installed apps including the “Faves Gallery” - a social aggregator, “myModes” - a profile manager that can change the phone’s themes and settings depending on current time or location, and the Swype keyboard. Chinese Aigo company released is almost ready to release its new tablet computer running on Google Android 2.1 operating system. According to some unofficial sources Aigo N700 is based on Nvidia Tegra 2 platform and is equipped with 1 GHz processor, 7 inch multi-touch capable screen with 800×480px resolution, 512 Mb DDR2 RAM (667 MHz), 4 Gb or 32Gb internal memory, MicroSD external memory card slot, 1.3 Mp camera for video calls, accelerometer, GPS, digital compass, ambient light sensor, 3.5mm headphones jack, USB 2.0 port, HDMI output. T-Mobile operator together with Garmin announced new smartphone featuring impressive navigation capabilities. T-Mobile Garminfone is a version of Garmin Nuvifone A50. It runs on Google Android 1.6 operating system and is equipped with 3.5 inch capacitive multi-touch capable screen with 320×480px resolution, 3 Mp camera with autofocus, 4 Gb built-in storage, microSD memory card slot (up to 32 Gb), Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, accelerometer digital compass, GPS module. The battery has 1150 mAh capacity and provides up to 3 hours of talk time or 250 hours of idle one. Naturally though the Garminfone’s speciality is the fully-functioning navigation features which include driving, walking and public transportation directions - whether in or out of network coverage. There’s the option of using lane guidance when driving too. It also includes several pre-installed Garmin apps that provide info on local petrol prices, real-time traffic, weather, local events and movie listings. There is no information about price. The release will take place in next few weeks.
